DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Understand contract details and submit material PO's to suppliers and vendors.
• Communicate with office personnel and other management on installation timelines.
• Prepare and place orders through the company CRM
• Directly oversee crews and job work sites, using best practice adhering to safety and project cleanliness is held to the highest standard.
• Maintain all company standards for installation and ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all parties (employees, sub-contractors, and customers)
• Keep courteous and professional communications with homeowners about the status and scheduling of their projects
• Recommend improvements to homeowners
• Review job specifications, budget, work orders, etc to ensure all materials and tools are prepared and available onsite prior to each project commencing
• Manage projects and ensure that work is being completed to Dynamic Roofing Standards
• Utilize CRM for all data entry, communication, scheduling, change orders
• Coordinate internally with project estimators, sales staff, and work crews to ensure accountability and project completeness
• Conduct site visits to several jobs throughout the day, as needed
• Provide all materials to job sites throughout day as needed for the installation
• Attend company meetings, training & development workshops, and team-building events as needed
• Monitor & reduce waste of both materials & crew productivity
• Fill out final inspection report and communicate through CRM

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful construction PM track record
• Microsoft Office and Estimation Software (ie. Acculynx, Xactimate)
• Understanding of Customer Resource Management Systems
• Minimum 4 years in exterior renovation process (i.e. Roofing, siding, windows, doors)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Initiative and drive to execute goals and timelines

JOB TYPE:

• Field operation and office
• Full-time (40 hours a week minimum)
• No weekends
• Outdoor Duties in all environments (heat, cold, rain, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:
